All SYNCHROFLEX TIMING BELTS from T2.5 pitch can be retrofitted with welded flights. The required number of flights are thermally welded to the back of the belt as per the customer's drawing. Pitch tolerance achievable for each individual flight ? 0.5 mm. Over hundred standard flight shapes are presently available and new profiles can be produced to meet special customers requirements. The flights can be manufactured with moulded inserts or other inclusions to the customer's specification.
