Available in organic, semi metallic and sintered friction materials, providing the full range of performance characteristics for both static and dynamic applications. Pads are produced to customer drawing and can be manufactured in the form of either bonded assemblies or integrally moulded parts, dependant on the individual application demands and customer preference. In addition to basic brake pads Trimat offer the inclusion of wear indicators and provide a pre-conditioning process if demanded. All aspects of production from friction chemical mixing and steel backing plate preparation, to press moulding and finish machining are completed in house. Our flexible manufacturing techniques allow us to accommodate enquires for both low volume niche projects requiring as few as 10 parts to full scale production volumes of 100,000.
