when you need the heat turned up… Our new flexible coil heaters can be made to your specific requirements or supplied straight for self forming. If your work with injection moulding machines, give us a call us with your specific requirements. we have a heater to suit all applications. The UCI coil heaters are annealed and so can easily be formed into a numerous variety of shapes to suit specific applications. These coil heaters allow for full heating of injection moulding nozzles where standard nozzle heaters have clamping gaps that could restrict heating. They are great for wrapping around and through objects that are difficult to heat and can even be used for air heating if wound in a star configuration. We can make them in different configurations of one, two or four resistance wires, can fit them with thermocouple sensors and can supply them with round or square profiles. The leads can exit from one or both ends as required.
