Heated Servery Counter Hot Top

The U.C.I Servery counter hot top is fitted into catering servery hot counters to give the user a controllable food surface serving temperature. The glass can either be manufactured from high-temperature ceramic glass or toughened glass. Toughened glass gives strength, stability and safety, but only suitable up to 200 deg C. Ceramic glass is suitable up to 750 deg C.? They are then fitted with a surface heating element that will give a working temperature of 100-110 deg C and should be controlled via a mechanical or digital thermostat. \n \nWe can make special sizes upon request, please call our sales team
