Mica Plate Heaters

[vc_column_text text_larger="no"]Mica Insulated plate heaters are sheathed in rust-resistance steel or in stainless steel sheath as it provides physical strength and good thermal conductivity. Specially selected mica grade and thickness is used to insulate the windings, providing excellent thermal conductivity and dielectric strength. These heaters are chosen for the various design options available, operate up to temperatures of 260?C and watt densities of up to 6watts per cm?. Temperatures are ideally measured using leaf type thermocouples that fit under the surface of the heaters. \n

Custom sizes

\nThese heaters are available with various terminal options: Screw terminals / Pin socket or with flexible wire leads. Various mounting holes, wattages and voltages, in-built sensors and thermal limiters can be provided as per customer specifications. \n
