ME3000P Automatic Marker

Guided air cylinder with 50mm stroke to give consistency with the placement of the mark and accommodates different sized components with minimal setup. Can mark onto convex surfaces using the SMV marking head. Integrated version available to make it fully automated. Electronically controlled electrolyte pump delivers exactly the correct amount of electrolyte for production marking. "T" slot base to ease component fixing and workholding. Compatible with some earlier marking kit models (ME92, ME2000T) The ME3000P is a compact semi-automatic jig for marking small to medium sized components. It utilises either the ME3000T or ME3000 Marking unit.
