Stress Analysis Marker

The 20Amp ME3000SG utilises the ME3000T marking kit, or the 100Amp ME96 is a heavy duty marking system 280mm wide stainless steel roller marker with pistol control operated using a finger trigger (ME96 only) Volt and Amp meter (ME96 only) Hand marker supplied to mark ID or reference number on test piece. A wide range of strain grid stencil designs are available and custom designs can be made (see photographic stencil pages) Strain Grid Marking is the standard method for analysing stress in sheet metal forming. Our large capacity strain grid unit is favoured for its ease of marking and speed of operation. A semi-automatic air jig version is also available.
