Box ejectors & kickers

Valco Melton's ejectors and kickers compliments your inspection systems by reliably removing faulty blanks without disturbing product flow. The ejector can accurately and repetitively kick out faulty blanks at top speeds. A crosscheck photo eye ensures that the faulty blanks were ejected. By interfacing with the stacker or compression table, the ejector eliminates potential gaps in shingled rows that could result in faulty cartons. It also interfaces with the kicker allowing accurate batch counts even when faulty blanks have been ejected.
