Melt Units for Reactive Hot Melt Adhesives (PUR)

PUR Melt Units are specially designed to melt and dispense polyurethane reactive hot melt adhesive. To apply PUR, specific atmospheric conditions are required that enclose and seal the molten material. These units feature dry air kits that inject a blanket of nitrogen or 'dry air' onto the top of the molten adhesive every time the lid is open. This prevents the PUR from negatively coming in contact with oxygen and curing.
