Under the name CLEANLINE, the manufacturer of components for the automation sector is now launching a new product range for cleanroom applications. All CLEANLINE components are proven high performance modules – adapted to the requirements of cleanroom assembly processes in the fields of medical engineering, healthcare, micro systems or semiconductor technology. Every single component has a certificate for ISO air purity class 6 or better. The CLEANLINE range currently consists of one electromechanical rotary indexing table, one torque rotary indexing table, one direct-drive pick & place module and one linear assembly system. Anyone familiar with the complex commissioning procedures of standard commercial automation components will be pleasantly surprised by the CLEANLINE range. The WEISS Application Software (WAS), developed entirely in-house, also facilitates fast and simple commissioning of WEISS components in cleanrooms.
