ALW YAG lasers The standard welding laser machine for material deposit and welding in mould repair and tool manufacturing. The 3-axis positioning system (4th axis optional) allows a controlled movement of tools up to 350 kg underneath the laser beam. The working angle of the laser beam can be set individually. The ergonomics of this machine ensures a relaxed working position. PC control software to automate small batch production. CPC (Constant Power Control) offers a more efficient absorption of the laser energy by the material. Improved welding especially of aluminium and nitride steels. Bottom plate with foot-switch is adjustable in height. Application: Mould and tool manufacturing, thin sheet processing, medical technology, sensor production.
