AS GOOD AS NEW All our buildings are taken back to their steel frames under controlled conditions before our experienced production team introduce all new components. This means that, excluding the recycled steel frame, all the materials used to create the space you require are brand new and come fully tested and certified. This ‘as new’ approach to refurbishment means our clients receive an entirely new building both internally and externally, while benefiting from the cost savings associated with using quality existing steel frames. For peace of mind, these are provided with a ten-year warranty under common law. As we know exactly what goes into all our buildings, we ensure compliance with the latest building regulations. 3. A MORE SUSTAINABLE CHOICE By repurposing preowned buildings instead of scrapping them, we save 2,400 tonnes of waste from going to landfill every year.
