WERNICK BUILDINGS AWARDED AS SUPPLIER ON £10BN CROWN COMMERCIAL SERVICE’S FRAMEWORK

Wernick Buildings is pleased to announce that it has been appointed as a supplier to the Crown Commercial Service’s Offsite Construction Solutions Framework. The £10bn Offsite Construction Solutions (OCS) agreement aims to provide public sector organisations with the design, fabrication, physical delivery, construction or installation and maintenance of prefabricated buildings, as well as direct access to manufacturers for a complete range of offsite construction solutions. This OCS agreement will replace the existing modular building solutions agreement and will come into effect on 2 April 2023. It will have an increased scope and will continue to provide you with a simple, low-cost way to procure modular buildings to support your needs. Wernick Buildings has been appointed to the following Lots: Lot 1 – Built Estate including Education Purchase 3D Turnkey Solutions up to £15m Hire 3D Turnkey Solutions Lot 2 – Healthcare Purchase and Hire 3D Turnkey Solutions Lot 4 – Justice Purchase 3D Turnkey Solutions Lot 5 – Defence Purchase 3D Turnkey Solutions Deputy Managing Director and Commercial Director Mark Carter commented; “Wernick Buildings has proudly delivered buildings to those accessing the CCS Framework over the last few years and we look forward to delivering many more in the future.
