150M19 Steel

150M19 is a carbon manganese steel. 150M19 has a medium tensile and the chemical composition makes it suitable for welding. 150M19 is supplied to the BS970 and BS EN10083-1 specifications. 150M19 steel can be hardened and tempered to 550-850N/mm2, it offers good ductility combined with excellent resistance to shock. 150M19 Unless otherwise stated 150M19 is supplied in the as rolled condition, without mechanical properties to analysis only. Hot rolled 150M19 can be heat treated to achieve the mechanical properties required.
