Comments: - “The property has received a great deal of interest due to its proximity to Junction 11 of the London to Birmingham M40 motorway. I am delighted that the auction was so successful.
Clive Thompson, Commercial Partner at Berry Morris Chartered Surveyors – www.berrymorris.co.uk Comments: - “We have been searching on behalf of Phantom Enterprises (WMT&R) for sometime.
My clients were adamant that they wanted to purchase freehold and remain in Banbury if possible having been established here under the trading name of ‘Westmoreland Mechanical Testing and Research Ltd’ since April 2003. A prominent building with good access to the M40 was a key factor. The Receivership situation was a bonus enabling a purchase at a figure far lower than they were expecting to pay for a property of this size. This saving will be reinvested in the building and with expansion planned for the future more jobs will be created in the Town” Web; www.wmtr.co.uk email; salesuk@wmtr.com
