This mixer operates at a large steel works in Germany and is used for surface treatment in annealing furnaces. The system was designed following proven WITT technology and components. The mixture is analysed and measured electronically. The correct amount of H2 is added to maintain the required mixture. The integrated analysis and the control unit is located in a non-hazardous area and controlled from a central operations room. The important advantage of the system is the safety and accuracy and a check and adjustment of the system is possible at any time by remote control.
