Piston stroke is regulated utilising end-stroke switches. The maximum opening between the supporting back table and the main pushing table, opening between tables, is 900 mm. The PPHV-300 has a working speed of 2 mm/s and an approach speed of 9.9 mm/s. After the pressing cycle is complete the cylinder retracts at a rate of 16.2 mm/sec. The overall weight of the Cambering Machine is 13300 Kg. Many options are available for the Profi Cambering Presses, and some of the popular accessories and options are additional side benches with guide rollers, longer piston stroke, light curtains, or Siemens CNC controllers. The basic size and construction of these Cambering Presses can also be customised.
