This heavy-duty production 300-ton production press is suitable for stamping, die-cutting, deep-drawing and forming. The frame of this press is made from S355JR steel and is electro-welded to assure a solid press framework that will last a lifetime which is demonstrated by the press's massive weight of 6490 Kg. This machine comes with 2 speeds and an integrated pressure manometer. The machine has a slide with dimensions of 750 x 600 mm and bolster with dimensions of 850 x 650 mm plate both with industry-standard T-Grooves suitable for attaching die systems and various tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and other production apparatus. The main piston has an adjustable stroke controlled with end-switches which extends to a maximum of 300 mm and starts its pressing process with a maximum approach speed of 13 mm/s slowing down into a working speed of 2.8 mm/s. Once the cycle is complete the cylinder returns to the home position at a rate of 19 mm/s. The top plate is sure to stay parallel to the bottom plate due to the use of 4 additional 60 mm support guides. The working opening has generous dimensions with a vertical daylight height of 500 mm, and then opening has an overall dimension from left to right of 950 mm which is then complemented by a bottom working table height of 1000 mm. All RHTC Profi Presses are made in Europe according to the latest CE Directives and Standards and delivered with a CE Certificate. This press comes with a standard 1-year warranty.
