The machine comes with a high-quality NC controller that makes it easy to control the piston stroke. The standard control system makes it possible to control the accuracy of the piston stroke up to 100 microns. At the bottom of the stroke, a holding period can be programmed from 0 to 2 seconds in length. The PPC-28 has two working modes: manual and semi-automatic. The working table comes with a 40 mm central hole which facilitates punching operations, allowing punched out slugs to fall freely through the hole into the collection tray keeping your workshop neat, tidy, and safe. Speed and pressing force are easily adjusted with the hydraulic adjustment valves. System pressing pressure is easily monitored with the manometer that comes with the machine. The main piston has an M55 x 2 threaded end making it possible to attach a wide variety of tools and fixtures to the end of the piston. 1-year warranty.
