PPCF-80 • 80 Ton • Upper Table • Lower Table • Siemens NC Control • Foot Pedals The PPCF-80 designed by RHTC Profi Press is an 80-ton high-speed C-frame press which can carry out pressing processes such as deep-drawing, stamping and forming and is designed to produce medium and high volumes. The PPCF-80 is suitably designed to allow for it to be incorporated in production systems and automated production lines. It has a throat depth of 340 mm and a working speed of 9 mm/s which is preluded by and a maximum approach speed of 108 mm/s. After the cycle is completed the top plate returns at a maximum rate of 155 mm/s. Maximum stroke of the top plate is 450 mm with the press having an overall daylight of 650 mm. The PPCM C-Frame presses are designed with both an upper (slide) with dimensions of 650 x 400 mm and lower table bolster with dimensions of 800 x 550 mm incorporating DIN-650 T-grooves which is useful for attaching dies, jigs, fixtures, and tools. Perfect alignment of the upper plate is maintained and ensured by the use of two 50 mm diameter cylindrical guides. The bottom table has a working height of 850 mm. The top-quality hydraulic system comes standard with an integrated cooling system. The machine comes standard fitted with side guards which have Level IV light curtains installed. The whole press system is controlled with a Siemens PLC touch-screen that allows for controlling such items as system power, the cylinder stroke, cylinder speed, and pressure-time and the controller can store up to 300 different working cycles. All RHTC presses are manufactured in Europe and according to the most recent CE Directives and come delivered with a 1-year warranty and a CE Certificate.
