13A IEC Adaptor for PAT Testing 230V Extension Leads

This 230V Extension lead adapter is the ideal PAT Testing adaptor for testing 13 amp 230V extension leads, 4 way adapters and multiway adapters with a PAT tester. It's only 30cm long to keep earth resistance to a minimum and enables you to fit it in most PAT Tester carry bags. Simply plug this short 13A blue adaptor into a socket on your extension lead / reel and then plug the blue IEC connector into your PAT testers IEC test socket to comple the circuit. Then test the extension lead for earth continuity, Insulation resistance and polarity/wiring to see if it passes or fails. It is suggested to repeat these tests for all of the sockets on the extension lead if you have more than one.
