The Chauvin Arnoux F65 True RMS Earth Leakage Current Clamp is an ideal clamp meter for measuring earth leakage current thanks to its 28mm jaw. It can measure AC current from 0 to 100A with a resolution of 10µA and its true RMS capabilities help ensure accuracy when working on AC outputs. A high immunity to eddy currents (70dB) means that there is little interference from neighbouring conductors whilst a harmonics filter is very useful for advanced fault finding on complicated systems.

Standard multimeter functions are included on the Chauvin Arnoux F65. These include AC/DC voltage measurement up to 600V, resistance measurement up to 1kΩ, continuity testing and frequency measurement up to 1kHz.

The Chauvin Arnoux F65 has a backlit LCD screen with a zero and hold button so test lead resistance can be cancelled out and readings can be frozen on screen. Differential measurement and maximum recording are both available and it is easy to select the correct function through the clearly-labelled dial.

Accessories include test leads, test probes, batteries and a carry case and the Chauvin Arnoux F65 benefits from a Cat III 300V safety rating.
