The Extech CO50 is a simple to operate desktop air quality monitor ideal for providing a comprehensive view of environmental air conditions.

The monitor is primarily used for the detection of Carbon dioxide concentration in indoor environments but also has the added ability to simultaneously display, air temperature and relative humidity readings complete with (Year, Month, Day) and time.

The monitor has a low set up time and has been produced with a maintenance free electrochemical CO sensor.  Visibly bright green LEDs indicate active monitoring which alter in real time to red LEDs if a CO alarm is surpassed. The meter is adaptable and can be fixed to any flat surface making it a commonly used monitor in food preparation environments and automobile repair centres. All readings are measured with a 0 to 999ppm range complete with six illustrative facial icons indicating a scale from a healthy to a dangerous limit ideal as a fast initial indication.

The CO50 benefits from an extra loud audible beeper which triggers when the custom preset threshold is exceeded. This audible alarm meets the UL 2013 standard at >85dB at a 3 meter range.

The Extech CO50 is a proficient datalogger which can record and store up to 99 max CO readings perfect for users choosing to monitor air efficiency over a period of time.
