The Extech HD600 Datalogging Sound Level Meter is a high accuracy sound test meter capable of datalogging up to 20,000 records at speeds from 1/sec to 1/59 sec and when connected to a PC it is capable of capturing up to 10 results a second. The HD600 measures sound levels from 30dB to 130dB with an accuracy of 1.4dB and has been designed specifically for the heavy duty work involved in industrial environments. This Extech sound level tester incorporates A and C weighting and compares these differently weighted frequency signal measurements to help isolate the source of problem sounds. The Extech HD 600 meets the new ANSI and IEC6167- Class 2 accuracy standard for OSHA and other local and national noise ordinances. The double moulded housing adds to this sound tester's suitability for use in a range of environments including industrial applications.
