Ideal for non-destructive thickness measurement of steel structures such as boiler tubes, containers, pipes, ship hulls and more, the Extech TKG100 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge is a compact, handheld instrument suitable for a range of situations.

Using ultrasonic technology to calculate the thickness of materials, the TKG100 offers a wide measurement range with its 5MHz probe (0.040" to 20" of steel), or can utilise an optional 10MHz probe (0.020” to 20").

Suitable for use in any environment thanks to its rugged IP54 high-impact housing, long battery life and backlit sunlight-readable dot-matrix display, the TKG100 boasts a variety of user-friendly features, including multiple transducer options for high temperature and difficult to measure materials.

The Extech TKG100 Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge also offers a fast minimum feature to capture minimum thickness, in addition to hold/freeze functions and min/max capture modes.
