FLIR T250 Professional Thermal Imaging Camera
The FLIR T250 Thermal Imaging Camera is a portable infrared camera from FLIR Systems that takes infrared camera ergonomics, weight and ease-of-use to a new level. Flir's engineers have translated user feedback on comfort and clarity into a series of comprehensive and innovative features. Furthermore, the T-Series has been specifically developed for electrical and mechanical inspections in industrial environments. The result is a camera range in which all models are equipped with exceptional features.
The Flir T250 Infra-Red camera is a smart, compact and powerful camera with 1-2x continuous, digital zoom, a 240 x 180 pixel resolution, a 80mK NETD/0.08°C thermal sensitivity and a temperature measurement range of -20°C to 350°C. The thumbnail image gallery allows quick searching of stored images and the 120° rotating lens offers a wide range of viewing angles. The T250 has a laser pointer with automatic alignment and can display isotherms making fault and hot spot detection a much simpler process.
The picture-in-picture feature of the Flir T-250 allows an infra-red image to be overlayed while retaining all the measurement data, a very useful function when generating image reports. The multifunctional LCD touch screen allows sketching and marking directly on the screen and provides quick and simple menu handling. The T250 is also capable of recording up to 60 seconds of verbal comments on images and offers both radiometric and non-radiometric IR video streaming.
FLIR Quick Report allows users to organize and analyze the radiometric images from the T250 infra-red camera and present them in a report. The built-in report templates allow the user to generate a report with either two infrared images or one infra-red and one digital photo along with a description. Images can be emailed, and viewed in Microsoft Windows programs without the need for any additional software. The software offers adjustments in the level, span, zoom and pan of the camera and provides a choice of ten colour palettes.
The Flir T250 is an invaluable tool for professional thermographers in spotting anomalies before breakdown occurs particularly for production process supervision, measurement of heat development in electrical and mechanical devices, detecting blocked pipe work and insulation defects and to enhance work safety.
The Flir T250 IR camera is only available with an image frequency of 9Hz.
Wi Fi Transfer thermal images wirelessly to an Apple iPhone or iPad for further investigation & analysis. |
MPEG-4 Video Create visual and infrared non radiometric MPEG-4 video files. |
Sketch Annotation Use the touch screen as pen and paper to add sketch annotations. |
240 x 180 pixels resolution The FLIR T250 has a thermal image resolution of 240x180 pixels, giving great image quality for most applications. |
Temperature range and sensitivity The T250 thermal imaging camera has <80 mK NETD thermal sensitivity and measures temperature from -20°C to 350°C |
Laser Pointer Helps associate the hot or cold spot in the IR image with the physical target in the field. |
Radiometric JPEG Images FLIR uses a non proprietary radiometric JPEG image format that allows for post processing and report writing with Microsoft Word® based FLIR software. |
High quality visual camera The Flir T250 is an integrated 3.1 megapixel visual thermal camera for generating crisp visual images in all conditions. |
Picture-in-Picture (PiP) For overlying the infrared image on the visual image while retaining all thermal data. This helps to spot dangerous temperature developments and is movable & resizable. |
Interchangeable Lenses The Flir 250 features a standard 25° lense and optional 6°, 15°, 45° and 90° lenses. |
Text and voice annotations to images Text comments can be made from a pre-defined list or using the touch screen. A headset can be connected to make voice annotations. |
LCD Touch Screen 3.5” LCD touch screen plus stylus brings interactivity and comfort to a new level. |
MeterLink Flir MeterLink technology allows data transfer from an Extech clampmeter, moisture meter and pyschrometer onto the T250. |
Measurement Modes Measurement spots, area with hot/cold spot indication and isotherms. |
Copy to USB Transfer on board images or reports directly from the thermal imaging camera to a USB stick. |
Flexible interfaces The T-series is equipped with standard video and USB outputs as well as a removeable SD memory card. |
