The Fluke 323 True RMS Clamp Meter is a basic, lightweight clamp meter that can measure AC current up to 400A, AC/DC voltage up to 600V, and resistance up to 4000Ω as well as performing continuity testing. Two different ranges give greater flexibility when measuring resistance and the True RMS function allows for greater accuracy when assessing AC values. The device operates via a simple dial.

Readings are taken via the supplied test leads and test probes and the trigger-operated jaw before being displayed on the digital screen which also features data hold. The Fluke 323 is very light and portable and is supplied with a soft carry case. Its safety rating is Cat III to to 600V and Cat IV up to 300V.
