Providing optical loss (dB) measurements (meeting Tier 1 certification requirements), the Ideal FiberMASTER Fiber Optic Power Meter with 850NM Light Source 33-928 is a simple and easy to use tester for fast certification and troubleshooting of Fiber optic cabling systems for LAN networks.

Capable of providing Tier 2 certification when used in conjunction with the micro-OTDR, the IDEAL FiberMASTER Fiber optic testing kit lets users measure absolute power to calculate the loss of Fiber optic links at several wavelengths.

The IDEAL FiberMASTER offers a dB calibration feature allowing users to set a reference level to the light source and directly read the loss of Fiber optic links without needing to manually calculate the values.

Designed to allow the light source to be docked neatly within the power meter, the Fiber MASTER is compact for easy transport or storage while still allowing full operation of both the source and meter.
