The Kane 455 Flue Gas Analyser CPA1 Kit enables the user to view and log a multitude of combustion tests including CO to CO2 ratio, pressure, tightness, temperature and room carbon monoxide tests. This is a fully comprehensive and professional kit for combustion performance assessment. The Kane Combustion Performance Assessment Kit is supplied with the Kane ASP2 appliance carbon monoxide sampling probe kit. This enables the investigation of fumes/products of combustion from appliances such as cookers, grills and flueless appliances as described in BS7967. Each of the three probes can be fitted onto the hose/handle assembly using the compression fitting supplied and then connected to the flue gas analyser.

The Kane455 Pro Flue Gas Kit also comes with a GLD/450 Plus Combustible Gas Leak Detector. The GLD/450 is a simple to use accessory that enables small flammable gas leaks to be quickly identified. The Pipe Clamp Temperature Probes provided are suitable for use on pipes with a diameter of up to 28mm. Also included within this professional flue gas analysis kit is an air & liquid temperature measurement probe, an orange pressure hose, 12V charging adaptor and a quick reference DVD. The Kane 455 kit comes complete with an infra-red linked thermal printer for immediate production of test results and a carry case for easy transportation.

The Kane 455 kit's infrared combustion flue gas analyser is a versatile tool for installation and service engineers. With direct measurement of CO2 using infrared technology, the Kane455 kit features significantly lower running costs. The instrument provides the capabilites of a gas analyser, carbon monoxide monitor, carbon dioxide monitor, differential thermometer and precision pressure meter all in a hand-held and simple to use instrument. As with the Kane 250 there is an easy to use rotary switch and clear display.

The Kane 455 has a fixed calibration price of £84.00 per year for 5 years (2nd & 4th Year calibration includes replacement sensors & 12 month guarantee). Optional Bluetooth modules for iOS and Android can also be added at the cost of £55. Installation of these modules allows wireless download to a smartphone or tablet using Kane Live software or the Kane printer App.
