Measuring low resistance with test current up to 2A, the Metrel MI3242 2A Micro Ohmmeter is a compact and lightweight tool, perfect for use in the field.

Capable of bidirectional resistance measurements from 1 μΩ up to 1999 Ω and offering high overvoltage protection (CAT III / 600V) this portable low resistance ohmmeter is ideal for measuring a range of things, including switches, relays, connectors, power transformers, power inductors, wire and cable resistance and more.

Metrel’s 2A Micro Ohmmeter can provide over 800 measurements when powered from an internal battery and its internal memory can store up to 1500 test results, able to be downloaded later using the supplied software.  It contains a range of user-friendly features, such as pre-programmed limits offering a PASS / FAIL evaluation alongside bright green / red indicators for visual evaluation of results.

The MI3242’s safety features include an internal protection circuit to protect both user and instrument from any inadvertent connections to lines and it’s large backlit display offers easy to read data even in low light conditions.
