The Seaward PH3 Flat Nose is a small highly portable, battery powered proving unit from Seaward for proving high voltage indicators, live line testers and digital potential indicators. This Seaward PH3 Flat Nose proving unit produces a high 1500V DC output voltage for confirming the operation of voltage indicators before and after use. Designed for use with HV potential indicators and HV phasing rods with flat contact electrodes. Suitable only for use with the Seaward KD1E/19 Neon HV Potential Indicator.
