Seaward SDR11 HV Discharge Rod - 401A912

The Seaward SDR11 HV Discharge Rod (401A912) is designed to carry out safe discharging of residual electrical charge contained in HV equipment such as cables and switchgear that operate at voltages of up to 11kV.

The discharge rod itself is manufactured from high grade glass fibre tubing that contains a series of resistor chains. The kit also contains a flexible 5 meter long 10mm2 earth cable, which features a heavy duty brass clamp for easy and secure connection to exposed metal work.
