The Sofamel KRM-4001 Manoeuvring and Rescue Kit is a handy rescue and first aid kit which is designed to be use after someone has received an electric shock. In order to drag someone out of a dangerous situation, a 1.5m telescopic pole is provided alongside a rescue hook with a universal head. A pair of dielectric gloves help safeguard the responder in the dangerous period after an incident. A VTE-5/36U Voltage Detector with clear LED and audible warnings allows the responder to assess the situation before getting someone away from danger and a fire resistant blanket is also provided as a further precaution.

Once the injured person is safely away from hazards, the Sofamel KRM-4001 Kit also provides the responder with the tools needed to administer first aid. These include an insulating mat to rest on, a neck immobiliser and a respiration pipette. A stretcher is also included and everything is supplied in a handy plastic carry case so it is easy to transport when not in use.
