The Testo 605i Bluetooth Thermohygrometer is a capacitive humidity-measurement instrument combined with an NTC thermometer sensor which gives a comprehensive picture of air moisture content and temperature in rooms and ducts. Relative humidity is measured from 0 to 100% whilst air temperature readings range from -20 to +60? with readings available in both Fahrenheit and Celsius. The sensors are located in the Testo 605i’s 100mm probe shaft for access into ventilation ducts.

The Testo 605i is highly accurate and, thanks to Bluetooth connectivity, can give a range of values for variables such as dew point and wet bulb temperature via the free Testo Smart Probes App for iOS and Android smartphones/tablets. Results are shown on screen and the App also allows advanced analysis of readings in the palm of the user’s hand. The Testo 605i has a 250h battery life and is small and easy to transport, making it perfect for lengthy inspections of large systems.

It is possible to connect a smartphone/tablet with two or more of the same or different Testo Smart Probes at any one time to build a comprehensive, real-time performance picture. The Testo Smart Probes App effectively transforms the smartphone into the ‘screen’ of the Testo 605i with results visible to interpret. In the case of the Testo 605i, this is especially practical when used in tandem with the Testo 405i Bluetooth Thermal Anemometer to assess cooling and heating performance. Testo Smart Probes App

The Testo Smart Probes App can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play and works with all instruments in the Testo Smart Probes range. The App displays real-time readings on screen for a whole range of variables. Up to six Smart Probes can work in tandem and information can be saved in Excel or as a .pdf report (including pictures). Advanced analysis is available and the Testo Smart Probes range represents a major advance in system inspection and evaluation.
