TPI 505L Digital Hand Tachometer

The TPI 505L Digital Hand Tachometer measures the surface speed on belts and wheels, though a laser photo tachometer sensor (max distance 30m) or a contact tachometer sensor. It measures in both RPM (up to 30,000) and metres (up to 3046m/min) or feet per minute to within an accuracy of ±0.1%. It is also easy to test the 505L by pointing it at a fluorescent light and checking that the display reads 7200 RPM (±5 RPM).

Clearly-labelled push buttons make the TPI 505L very easy to use and readings are clearly displayed on the LCD screen. The tachometer saves the minimum value, maximum value and most recent value to be recalled later so it provides an in depth look at system performance. A tripod connection allows it to stand and observe a system independently without risking errors with movement. The instrument is supplied with a contact cone adaptor, a contact funnel adaptor, a contact wheel adapter, reflective tape and a carry case as well as three-year warranty.
