The TPI 709R Flue Gas Analyser Kit 3 contains a CPA1 probe set, two CK21M temperature pipe clamps, and a TPI A740 IR Printer to go alongside the analyser itself. It can measure oxygen and carbon monoxide levels in flue gas as well as detecting CO in ambient air. For additional safety, the instrument will not switch off when dangerous levels of CO are detected. Non-gas measurements include flue temperature and pressure, which permits calculation of tightness and let by. Other calculation options include carbon dioxide level, efficiency and excess air.

Alongside the standard flue probe, the TPI 709R CPA1 probe set provides accuracy and precision on flue-less piping whilst the two temperature pipe clamps furnish the user with a more complete picture of combustion-system performance. A GK11M air probe allows the measurement of ambient CO.

Readings are shown on the TPI 709R’s backlit digital screen and they are stored in the analyser’s internal memory. There is space for up to 50 digital recording sets whilst hard copies can be printed out on the A740 printer via wireless infrared data transfer. Operation is simple thanks to clearly labelled push buttons and internal software helps analyse the results of inspections.

The TPI 709R is built to last with supplied water and dust filters to help keep the instrument sealed. Shock-proof rubber casing and a six-year warranty (with annual approved servicing) provide further peace of mind.
