The TPI 709R Flue Gas Analyser Kit 5 option has a range of useful accessories that allow tests on flue-less outlets, pipe surface temperature measurement, wireless on-site printing, and combustible gas leak detection. This is all in addition to the impressive measurement capabilities of the TPI 709R Flue Gas Analyser which measures CO and O₂ in flue gas, ambient carbon monoxide, temperature and pressure. Using built-in software, the analyser can also calculate tightness, efficiency, carbon dioxide concentration, CO/CO₂ ratio, and excess air content.

The TPI 719 Gas Leak Detector warns the user if it detects the presence of several different organic gases including methane, butane and natural gas. With a sensitivity of just 30ppm for methane, it is sure to keep the user safe in the event of a gas leak. Similarly, if dangerous CO concentration is detected through the GK11M air probe, the TPI 709R will not switch off and also provides a warning.

Measurements are taken through four different probe types: the CPA1 probe set (for flue-less appliances), two CK21M pipe clamps (for pipe surface temperature), a flue probe, and the air probe, thus providing the user with a comprehensive set of readings.

The clear, backlit screen on the TPI 709R displays all readings and these can also be saved to the device’s internal memory (max 50 data sets). Furthermore, hard copies can be printed on site with the A740 IR Printer through wireless infrared communication.

Integrated dust and water filters in the flue probe help keep the analyser in good working order and TPI offers a six-year warranty as long as the 709R is serviced annually by an approved service centre.
