The TPI 716 Flue Gas Analyser Kit 1 contains a TPI 716 with standard accessories and a TPI A740 Infrared Printer. The analyser is smart and versatile with measurement for carbon monoxide and oxygen levels in flue gas in addition to temperature and pressure. Flow and return conditions can be compared thanks to differential pressure and temperature calculation whilst other possible calculations include carbon dioxide content, CO/CO2 ratio, efficiency and excess air. Timed let by and tightness testing adds further depth to inspections and ambient CO measurement can be used to carry out timed tests of CO build-up in rooms. Optional sensors for nitrogen oxide and high CO add further capability to the analyser.

Ambient CO detection via the GK11M air probe allows the TPI 716 to keep the user safe as it will not switch off if it detects a dangerous concentration. An organic gas detector probe can also be added to the purchase. This detects several different organic gases and has extremely high sensitivity.

The TPI 716 has an eight- or four-line display which can show a range of different parameters at any one time. A maximum of 100 data sets can be saved to the internal memory with accompanying time and date stamps and a serial number. Hard copies can printed out wirelessly on site with the A740 printer and the user can even print company details with every document. An optional Bluetooth module allows the user to communicate wirelessly with Windows or Android smart devices whilst a USB cable is supplied as standard for the same purpose. PC software is included with the instrument and the TPI Stream App is available at Google Play.

Water and dust filters are used with the flue probe to avoid damage to the analyser and it is supplied with a 6-year warranty (subject to annual servicing). One charge of the battery provides enough power for six hours and the TPI 716 constitutes an excellent instrument for both taking and storing measurements on combustion systems.
