The TPI 716 Flue Gas Analyser Kit 4 is based around the advanced TPI 716 and also contains two CK21M pipe clamp temperature probes and an A740 IR printer. A plug-in gas detector is supplied as standard with this kit, thus providing a greater level of security for the user. The analyser can measure oxygen and carbon monoxide levels in flue gas as well as temperature and pressure. Differential measurement allows the comparison of flow and return conditions whilst other calculations include carbon dioxide content, CO/CO2 ratio, efficiency and excess air content. Timed tests are possible for ambient CO build-up and tightness/let by. Optional sensors can be added to allow measurement of nitrogen oxide levels and high CO content.

The plug-in gas leak detector senses a wide range of organic compounds in air and has a sensitivity of just 30ppm for methane. This combines with the TPI 716’s CO detection function to keep the user safe at all times.

An eight-line, backlit, digital display allows the TPI 716 to show several readings at once and 100 multi-page data sets can be saved to the internal memory with time-and-date stamps and a serial number. These results can then be printed via a wireless connection to the A740 IR printer and each print-out can be programmed to use the operator’s company details as a header. Data download to a Windows or Android smart device is also possible thanks to a supplied USB cable or optional Bluetooth module.

A range of factors help prevent damaging water and dust ingression into the analyser. These include the pump protection filter and water trap bowl filter in the standard flue gas probe as well as shock absorbent rubber cladding. TPI provide a six-year warranty for the 716 analyser so the user can be sure he/she is getting a reliable, advanced flue gas analyser.
