The TPI 716 Flue Gas Analyser Kit 5 contains several useful accessories that complement the sophisticated TPI 716 Analyser. A CPA1 probe set allows work on flue-less installations whilst two CK21M pipe clamp temperature probes provide extra depth to analysis. The analyser itself measures a range of different parameters including carbon monoxide, oxygen, temperature and pressure. The in-built software can calculate a range of values from these measurements such as carbon dioxide, CO/CO2 ratio, efficiency and excess air. Timed tightness and let/by tests constitute a further important factor in inspections and timed ambient CO build-up test is also available. The analyser is also capable of using optional nitrogen oxide and high CO sensors.

Safety is never compromised with the TPI 716 Kit 5 because the analyser has ambient CO detection and comes supplied with a plug-in gas detector. The gas detector has high sensitivity and can detect a large range of hydrocarbon gases.

The TPI 716 itself has a clear, backlit, eight-line display capable of showing a wide array of different measurements simultaneously. The internal memory has space for up to 100 data sets with time-and-date stamps and serial numbers. These can be printed via a wireless link with the A740 IR printer and also saved to a Windows or Android smart device through a USB cable or (optional) Bluetooth technology.

Water and dust filters prevent damage and ingress into the analyser to help keep it in good working order. TPI provide a six-year warranty and the rechargeable battery can power the instrument for up to six hours. Overall, the TPI 716 Kit 5 constitutes a complete and comprehensive kit for carrying out inspections on combustion systems.
