The TPI 717R Flue Gas Analyser is a versatile flue gas analyser that can measure oxygen, carbon monoxide, differential flue temperature and pressure. This allows calculation of efficiency, excess air content, CO2 and CO/CO2 ratio as well as tightness and let by calculation. Advanced measurement features include timed let by and tightness and timed CO build-up measurement, thus making use of the ambient CO function. The analyser can adapt to different fuels including oil, coal and gas.

Results are displayed on the TPI 717R’s digital, backlit screen and this also flashes up with a message counting down to the next calibration due date when the instrument is turned on. Up to 100 result sets with date-and-time stamps can be saved to the internal memory and then accessed via the simple button interface.

An integrated magnet allows the TPI 717R to stick on vertical metal surfaces during inspections whilst exchangeable water trap bowl and pump protection filters help prevent corrosion of the analyser. The analyser is guaranteed for six years under warranty (with regular servicing) and also has a protective boot cladding for further protection. One charge of the battery powers the instrument for six hours and a soft carry case is provided for practicality. Overall, it is an extremely useful and adaptable analyser for anyone working on combustion systems.
