The TPI 717R Flue Gas Analyser Kit 2 consists of the flue gas analyser itself alongside an A740 Infrared Printer and two CK21M pipe clamp temperature probes with a temperature range of -50?C to 250?C. The analyser can take measurements for oxygen, carbon monoxide, temperature and pressure in flue gas which thereby permits calculation of carbon dioxide content, CO/CO₂ ratio, efficiency and excess air. A comprehensive set of measurement parameters are rounded off by timed tightness/let by testing and timed ambient CO build-up measurement. Ambient CO is assessed using a GK11M air probe.

Results are clearly displayed on the TPI 717R’s backlit digital screens which also flashes up with a countdown to the next service. 100 different data sets can be saved to the internal memory with accompanying time and date stamps. Infrared technology allows result sets to be printed with a serial number on the A740 Printer using wireless communication. Standard software on the analyser creates an intuitive operating system, simplified test process and provides speedy calculated values.

The standard flue gas probe included in the TPI 717R Kit 2 has a dust filter and water trap filter to prevent damaging ingress into the analyser. The instrument comes with a six-year warranty (subject to regular approved servicing) whilst rubber casing also helps protect it from the elements. One charge of the battery powers the analyser for 6 hours and, overall, it provides comprehensive testing capabilities in a hardy package with several useful accessories.
