TPI 717R Flue Gas Analyser Oil Kit

The TPI 717R Flue Gas Analyser Oil Kit is based around the TPI 717R Flue Gas Analyser but also includes a smoke pump and an oil filter for work on oil-fired combustion systems. The analyser itself can measure oxygen and carbon monoxide levels in flue gas as well as temperature and pressure. Differential temperature and pressure comparison allows the user to check flow and temperature on both input and output pipes. This also allows calculation of carbon dioxide, CO/CO₂ ratio, efficiency, and excess air content. Further options include timed tightness/let by testing and timed ambient CO build-up. If dangerous CO concentrations are detected, the instrument will not switch off.

Results are displayed by the TPI 717R on a backlit, digital display and there is enough space on the internal memory for up to 100 data sets with serial numbers and a time-and-date stamp. These can then be printed out on the included IR printer for instant hard copies on site. The screen also flashes up with a countdown to the next service date in order to help maintain the analyser.

The supplied flue probe has both water trap and pump protection filters whilst the oil filter adds further protection from damaging infiltration. The TPI 717R has a six-year warranty as long as it is provided with regular servicing and a layer of rubber boot cladding provides further protection. With a wide range of potential measurements, the TPI 717R is an excellent instrument for use on oil installations.
