TPI 9034 Four-Channel Smart Vibration Monitor

The TPI 9034 Four-Channel Smart Vibration Monitor is a sophisticated vibration monitor with multiple functions and several different measurement applications. It can use measurements from up to four accelerometer channels and also has inputs for a tachometer and a thermometer. A 24V DC relay drive switched output indicates warning/critical, g or velocity and there are also 4 to 20mA outputs for each of the four channels. As a smart device, the TPI 9034 features both a USB port and an ethernet port.

Different methods can be used to read indications from the TPI 9034. Firstly, there is a user-adjustable acceleration/velocity alarm for each channel which can be employed when using the monitor in a standalone system. Secondly, the monitor may also be connected to pre-existing monitoring systems through its milliamp outputs. Connection with a PC can be made through the USB port and optional C-Trend II software can also be used to monitor and analyse readings. Finally, Cloud Operation allows results to be accessed online from anywhere in the world through a normal internet browser.
