The TSI Airflow LCA301 Rotating Vane Anemometer is a user-friendly instrument that measures air velocity between 0.25m/s to 30m/s as well as temperature (5?C to 45?C). Readings are taken by a 100mm reversible vane - thus allowing assessment of extract and supply grilles - and an integrated air temperature probe. This makes it ideal to for use on HVAC commissioning on grilles, filters and kitchen exhaust pipes.

The anemometer’s capability to measure average air flow allows the user to take measurements on large ducts (up to 90m²) whilst the accuracy level is safeguarded by both a self-test function and compensation factor for bearing friction at low velocities. Readings are displayed on the TSI Airflow LCA301’s clear LCD screen and the user can choose between imperial and metric measurements.

The TSI Airflow LCA301 calculates volumetric flow rate when used in conjunction with the optional rectangular cone (285mm x 235mm). This therefore allows the user to calculate volumetric flow according to document F of the UK government’s Building Regulations 2010. The correct rectangular air cone flow hood can be added to the purchase at the cost of £20 using the checkbox above.
