The Xfurth rotating welder has the facility to be a single or twin head system depending on the application. They offer the user an alternative to traditional stepped bar welding and a viable solution to the welding of fabrics, films, mesh & filters, at any given length and at feeds and speeds which far exceed the traditional methods. The rotating welder assembly can be mounted as a stand-alone unit or integrated into existing production lines, depending on the requirement. Key points: - Fixed sonotrode pattern, but interchangeable on after pressure rollers. High frequency 25kHz. No sound. High speeds of up to 600 meters per minuite, depending on application. Easy to operate, adjustment of sonotrode gaps to 3 microns. Sonotrode faces are carbide coated. Pneumatic clamping. Sonotrode and pressure rollers can be servo driven individually.
