Following a review of the feedback from our 2016 Customer Satisfaction Survey, we have found the biggest issue raised was surrounding our response times and disruption to services during absences and holidays.
Action has been taken and we are now pleased to offer an improved service in this area. We have moved our offices around to create more spaces and filled the new vacancies with an array of skilled personnel ready to tackle your enquiries.
If you prefer to deal with the same person to build up a professional relationship, you can request this and we will set that person as your account manager to handle all enquiries, orders and issues. If that person should not be in the office at the time of your enquiry, it will be visible to the rest of the team to action quickly. Or, if you prefer the fastest of response times, your account will be set at default to be responded to by the next available person.
We have also setup a dedicated CAD team whose sole purpose will be to convert drawings from paper/PDF, clean DXFs to be suitable for the laser process and to reverse engineer any samples you wish to provide us. This will mean our sales team has more time to dedicate to you and ensure they get prices back to you faster than has previously been possible.
We have a wide range of CAD/CAM software including the latest Autodesk Product Designer Premium, which includes AutoCAD Mechanical and Autodesk Inventor. We also use Amada’s Product Designer which is useful for when Solidworks has been used on a design and the folds need checking out.
The combination of the office improvements alongside the shear capacity our equipment offers, will mean we can bring lead-times down as well as offering the personal service many of our clients have come to expect from Yorkshire Profiles.
