Rig Electricians Training

Zeefax provides operational and technical training for rig electricians and motor men. Each course can be individually tailored to suit the rig type and the level of expertise of the trainees. Topics covered include generator start-up and synchronising, SCR troubleshooting, power limit calibration, theory of operation, PLC controllers, electrical safety, using an oscilloscope for fault-finding. Training can be delivered at a location of your choice; either in London (which will include classroom based training at our office and practical work at our manufacturing facility at Oxfordshire) or, if you prefer, training can be conducted at your premises in which case it will only be a classroom style course. Courses can be conducted in English or French. We can also provide training on your rig for a unique training experience which can actually save costs.
