Superior fatigue and cycle life when compared to flat single hinge designs. Flat composite design with single hinge bursting pattern. Interchangeable with existing vent installations. Materials include SST/TFE/SST in square, rectangular, and round configurations. Burst ratings range from 0.50 psig (0.03 barg) to 8.00 psig (0.55 barg). Contact ZOOK for greater pressures. Operating ratios can reach up to 60% of the low end of burst pressure tolerance. Manufacturing range is standard at 0%. CV vents have no moving parts, making them maintenance-free. Designed to mount into standard angle frames. Custom sizes and materials are available upon request.
