V Belt Taper Bore Pulleys

Cross + Morse Crown V-Belt Pulleys are all manufactured in Fine grain Cast-iron of grade 220-260 using the latest Foundry processes, combined with CNC lathes for finishing. All Pulleys fully conform to ISO 4183 and DIN 2211 Standards, designed to fit both Wedge(narrow) and Classical V-Belts. Concentricity of Outside Diameter to Bore, and Groove side run-out are maintained within the requirements of DIN 2211 part1, and Surface Finish to ISO 254. All Pulleys are Statically Balanced to ISO 1940 Standard; pulleys up to 125mm pitch circle diameter balanced to grade G6.3;a residual unbalance of 2 grams on the pitch diameter being acceptable. The residual unbalance is<100gram mm/kg at 600 rpm and 20gram mm/kg at 3000 rpm. Dynamic Balancing can be provided if requested. A wide range of pulleys are available for SPZ, SPA, SPB and SPC belts, finished bore for taper bushes or we can supply pilot bored in a few days.
